A good teacher must have unique characteristics from both professional and human standpoints. Building a good relationship with students is just the beginning. Often my personality is reflected in my teaching style and that goes with my sense of humor, patience, and interactivity. Each student is unique in a certain way, therefore, it's crucial for me as a teacher to determine what kind of needs and what type of expectations my students are seeking and make my adjustments accordingly.
